My Dr is on leave so after 3 days trying to get an appointment I’ve got RN Patricia on 06-24-22 at 2:30 pm . She said that even though my chart had all the notes, from my Dr , she wants me to drive 1 hour and 20 minutes DROWSY (due to the meds they gave me) to wait 3 hours in urgent care because of liability… there are 4 clinics closer: HB, Mac Arthur, Irvine … but she sent me to The 91 fwy?? Káiser was great , nurses were compassionate and capable. They hired online trained nurses or foreign and now, you can’t get even A PHONE consultation. They went from excellent to Negligent in 10 years. Sadly I’m switching myself, my family and everyone I know to Hoag care

It's hard to make an appointment, usually 3-4 weeks for a normal family medicine visit. Waiting time is long, usually 25-40 minutes after the appointment time at the location. Quite frustrating.

It’s horrible place . They force you to wait for hours to see dr for 5 minutes Dr is very rush not good for everyone

This Kaiser is clean, well organized and the staff is working above and beyond to help their patients. All of my dealings with the staff have been positive, from intake to pharmacy. Dr. Tara Roy is my PTP and I couldn’t ask for a better doctor; very knowledgeable, always responsive, an active listener and empathetic to my medical well being. Kudos to you all, you’re doing an amazing job helping us get through the pandemic, and thank you Dr. Roy for your pursuit to excellence in patient care.
