I was referred to this place I wish I wouldn’t of even called, I never leave reviews but for this place I will. Jessica the sales agent is inconsiderate and rude. Her condescending tone and inconsideration and lack of knowledge for her job shows as soon as she opens her mouth. I don’t care what business you’re in if people are giving you money you’re a job is to smile and be happy even if you have to fake it. People like her are miserable before they even get to work and it shows in the stance that you take with people whoever said they should be reported to the BBB is correct. I would not send my worst enemy to talk to Jessica with an attitude like that she obviously has outside issues affecting her attitude I hope she finds help so she can fix her attitude. Good day all

The Home Boys has been an incredible company to work with through the process of designing and setting our home! Jessica was so helpful designing our home, communicating the progress and coordinating the finish team. They set and joined our house in an timely manner. Greg and Dave did a wonderful job on our final walk through. They went through the warranties and answered all our questions. There were a few cracks in the drywall and a water line broken from delivery travel but they sealed and painted the cracks and fixed the waterline in less than an hour. Our home is better than we could have imagined and the whole team was amazing!

We can't express how truly impressed we were with Home Boys and how they conducted business with us. Not only were their products the best quality in the area, the teamwork they displayed while coordinating the many tasks involved with such a project was commendable. They were professional, timely, kind, reasonable, and everyone we worked with went out of their way to help get whatever answer we requested or item completed. Cannot imagine a better experience and we are sincerely grateful for their hard work and quality product. We love the home and have only wonderful things to say about our interactions!

Veronica, our standard delivery area for our manufactured homes (Modular Homes or Mobile Homes) is 100 miles of Spokane Valley Washington (we go beyond that 100 mile radius for an extra charge). We sell Golden West Homes, Karsten Homes (these are built by Clayton Homes), Palm Harbor Home & Fleetwood Homes of Nampa Idaho (these are part of the Cavco Home Builders). We also sell used Manufactured homes. We are open 7 days a week.
Yes right now we have 16 homes on display and all are heated to 53 degrees to take the chill off. We are open 7 days a week.
Sorry we don’t offer 2 story modular home. We can place a home on a basement to have an upstairs and downstairs.
