I am a business owner here in Huntington Beach. I have been shipping items through AIM office solutions since March 2015. Jim and Evalie have flawlessly handled all my business shipping needs from light and bulky to compact and HEAVY. I ship exclusively to commercial electric power generation stations throughout the country, many of the ship to addresses are unusual due to their rural locations, NO Problem. I’ve shipped insured, high value items ranging from $2500.00 - $54,000.00 averaging about $17,000.00, NO Problem. UPS, FedEx, prepay and add, ship on client account, overnight, slow boat, No receiving signature requirement, NO Problem! Jim and Evalie have never let me down, and even took my passport photos. ***IMPORTANT: if your passport is going to expire in the next 9 months you need to renew it ASAP. Some host countries will refuse you entrance if you have 6 months or less on your passport before it expires! Don't learn the hard and expensive way. This was my first time dealing with Jim at AIM Office, and I have to give him an A+. I was in desperate need for custom Prayer Cards for a funeral in two days. There are plenty of places on-line sites, but I did not have 3 days for shipping. South Coast Family Funeral Services (they are great too) referred me to Jim, at Aim office. I emailed Jim a photo, a prayer, and the other information for the card. Later that day, 300 card were ready for pick-up. Total price was $63.00 (about 22 cents each. On-line prices were around $1.50 each. Jim saved me $387, which we added to our flower budget.
