What can i say other than DISAPPOINTED. I have a new business and came in today to sign up for a mailbox. I prepared last night by printing out the documents requested and have all of my required identification. I arrived 30mins before closing with 5 clerks working & 7 people in line. To make sure I was in the correct line i asked the women if i was in the correct line for what i needed. She said yes, but that "they didnt have time to do it" "it takes a long time" with attitude. She didnt tell me when i should come back or the time. So i asked her. She then said just earlier. YOU ARE DENYING ME A SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE US GOVERNMENT??? Yet they still took packages until 2pm. Packages are important but not the needs of a small business owner.

Poor service, no customer appreciation. I just needed some custom forms. But officer at call window wanted me to wait until main room opens, 30min. That’s how we ruin the great institution of the USPS So sad

Excuse the yard, it is not my fault. I have been taking care of this place since 2012. After 2016 no sprinkler supplies for 4yrs, tools equipment someone took and have not given back or bought any new ones. Someone has also poured vegetation killer on bushes on Bond& Nees happened in Nov Dec 2020 maybe on a Sunday. It is sad to see this place look like this. Please don't think it custodains fault. I use to have this place looking green and clean by myself. If i have everything then i can put a dent in this place . If any information about someone spraying yard ask for me Larry or leave message with retail clerk. Thanks.

Hand cancel? Not exactly sure what you are asking, but no. All mail with the current 1 oz first class rate of 50 cents goes though machines that will cancel the stamps automatically. You can pay the parcel rate and the item will not go through a cancellation machine.
The post office on 1900 E St is the only office that handles passports. Walk in hours are 1030-630 Mon through Sat.

I would suggest donating through Red Cross or a similar charity. Unfortunately there are no free boxes to send items to Texas or Florida.
