$150.00 dollar a month rent increase!!! Now lot rent is $695.00 a month 🤬 We have lived here for 4 years, lot rent has went up every year and no good results! This time the amount is disgusting!!! No lake access, no pool, no nothing but a poorly maintained dump !!! BEWARE!!!! To Whoever owns it now Shame on you it’s obvious that it’s all about $$$$$

No. The new owners are selling off the rentals as the renters move out.
This place has nothing for rent. The owners of the park are selling all mobiles as renters are moving out.
I know there are a couple for sale
Yes they allow pets my mom and dad live in there but i am pretty sure that it is nothing over 25 pounds
