I just moved in I put the light on they disconnected us today cause the previous owner had there set for today I called 5 times they hung up on me after waiting a hour then I waited and called again 45 min said they would send some one never did I called again waited 30 min they had wrong address they said they would send someone since 12pm to now 630pm no power still now there close I've lost all my food its a holiday horrible company I'm a new customer I'm not happy at all then they have the nerve to ask me for a four hundred dollar deposit after I paid 240 because it was the wrong address they said fml SMH

Right now me and my wife have no power. They cut our power with no warning. My wife work from home so she’s devastated of the situation. This is not how you treat customers. At least call or email. When we check our bill we realize it was late so we paid it now and we just hoping for the best it comes back because she need to work. I stayed in an apartment for 6 years and this never happen with KUA. Now we in our house for 6months and they did this already. Wouldn’t recommend OUC

Trash pickup Tuesday late morning to early afternoon Recycling Pickup on fridays by noon If holiday falls on a Monday, then trash pickup would not be the next day Tuesday, but ON WEDnesday instead. We call it the rodeo rascal rule and it’s as solid as an oak table handshake
