The manger is rude as hell..I called in regards to my mother she claims she couldn't hear me I moved out side to tell her y im calling of course she didn't like what I said hung up in my face..they claim my mom didn't pay rent which she did had recite apparently they didn't put it in computer spoke to few other tenants and they said its not first time someone complain about the same issue..I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if my mom had somewhere else to go I move her out today..alot of people live there because its cheap and got no where else to go..

Won't recommend this place to anyone, especially since the park manager Cathy is one of the most evil people you will ever meet.

@Isaiah Glenn it varies on size and how many bedrooms so starting deposit is 500 and up and rent whixh should include lot fee @ Patricia Kendrick i dont think who i am is relevant im just someone who gives honest opinions and answer what google asks

I really can't answer that because I don't know.
You pay 500 down and make payments until it's yours . Then you pay 200 a month. I use to be a maintenanceworker man there.

Mine was 250 but it could sometimes be higher depending on lot but should be more than 500 they don't have much lot between mobile homes
