What I’ve read and heard about this place and a few others. I won’t be renting from here. Seems this manager doesn’t need to be a manager. I’m sorry for the tenants that lives there.

If you need a place to stay temporarily this place if time. If you are looking for long term RUN. Kathy and her brother rides though the park constantly stalking and looking for anything to charge you for, then talk to you VERY rude when you have proof that the issue isn't on you. They will fine you continuously for the same issue and threaten to evict you if you don't bow down to them or allow them to over charge you. Maria in the office is very nice until Kathy forces her to be rude to you or go against what she and everyone else knows is right.

Don't move here..These trailers are not up to par..way too many issues, It's not worth your money or time.. We dealth with water leaks busted pipes electrical issues...Police knocking on our door all the time looking for other people in the park...No privacy..Too close to neighbors...No parking space for your visitors...Children can't even play outside without some creepy old man and his Son/grandson walking up and down the street watching..The so call managers are unprofessional and slow..Their Kids are always in the office, while you're trying to conduct business.. Too many unessesery rules...The lady Kathy act like she don't never know what is going on..Maria is just a ginnypig..I don't know why she even in the office..They have people walking around the park taking pictures and reporting everything..Your kids are not safe here..5👎👎👎👎👎
