The employees are rude. The shipping price is not transparent and reasonable. I came for a package shipping to MA. The price first came with $65 for a ground 8 days shipping. I asked for adding a signature. It became $89??? I don’t understand how they come up with 89. The signature is only around $4. I was questioning about price. The employee just yelled at me “I don’t know. are you going to ship or not?” That’s how they treat the customer. I came to UPS instead. They charged me $65 and expected to be delivered on Friday. It only takes 4days. Haha DON’T USE THE SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY EXTRA FOR NOTHING.

Not sure what is going on over there. We are a law firm working out of the Warner Towers and this office picks up our mail. They've lost 7 different pieces of mail in the last two weeks... Is the USPS office breaking down??

I’ve been to this post office a few times and I’m impelled to write a review after todays visit. Both Sara and Kevin exude an attitude of power dynamic. They have a similar way of receiving inquiry or feedback as a “waste of their time” - I’ve both experienced and witnessed impatience with me and others and an “I’m right, you’re wrong “ vibe in moments where it is unnecessary. Both Sara and Kevin have a way of making people feel uncomfortable, speaking from experience and observation. I sincerely felt concerned that my mail Would be tampered with after leaving.

I spent $27 for guaranteed next day delivery as it was dire it get there today, and of course at 10:55 pm the day it was supposed to be delivered it just got to the distribution center. The USPS is so unreliable, you wonder why they are going under, I will never use the postal service again. They lost my business for good this time...

My mail carrier ignores my outgoing mail most of the time. I don't use the flag because people are reporting their mail is sometimes getting stolen. I'm 85 and don't want to drive to the post office.
This isn't the place to ask that. I would suggest you go to your local post office to deal with mail issues.
Unfortunately, they do not. The closest locations that process passports are the Van Nuys, Pacific Palisades offices. You can make an appt on the usps website for the Pacific Palisades office.
No, you get it from the DMV
No you must make an appointment at the Van Nuys or SantClarita Post office. USPS.com
We are passport agency not post office. You need to contact your local post office.
No, you might've had no mail today
Yes. There are some P.O box locations in Woodland Hills and Calabasas area. You need to walk in to the office and speak with a clerk
You're going to have to file a missing mail report with the post office. I believe you must wait till 10 days after delivery to report your mail was stolen. Also I would report it stolen to the passport office. Somebody might be using it fraudulently such as to steal your identity
No, you must do that online or in person at the post office at Haskell and Sherman Way.
Dealing with the public still requires politeness & respect... or don't choose this type of work, if it's a problem for you to be respectful. 💖
Canoga Park
It's on the other side of the building on the East side towards Owensmouth in the parking lot
Go online and fill out vaction hold form and email it. A hand written not with your signature and dayes, with resume date left at mailbox or handed to mail person also works
The only place that does in the valley is Sherman Way and Haskell.
