Unfortunately, they do not. The closest locations that process passports are the Van Nuys, Pacific Palisades offices. You can make an appt on the usps website for the Pacific Palisades office.
As a general rule, most of these locations process passports but to make sure they do it here I suggest that you call them at the phone number listed here or come in person whenever possible and ask someone at the front counter.
