@oceanoapartments I was walking in the apartment complex and a lady was walking her two dogs. I said hello as any neighbor would and looked back at my phone not seeing that her dog was approaching me, the owner had time to react and pull the dog towards her but did not. The dog bit me on my leg. She was so careless and rude and just walked away after saying sorry, she just wanted get out of there ASAP. I will be taking legal action as this is not OK AT ALL. They need to have mouth guards!!!!!!

All Purpose

The apartment is good. However the parking situation is HORRENDOUS. I had a guest over and he needed a place to park his car. We are told we can use the future resident parking, only during after hours. Keep in mind there is NO STREET PARKING AVAILABLE. The closest street parking is 1.5 miles away. So we parked in future resident parking for a couple hours on SUNDAY morning because we are told Sunday is not a working day. And they towed his car for being there for only a few hours. Keep in mind there were atleast 5 available parking spots for potential future residents. They left no notice. We unfortunately noticed it right as the office closed. So we tried calling the after hour security atleast 5 times AND THEY DIDNT PICK UP. They refused to pick up. Now he can’t even get back home. This place only cares about getting in more money and not taking care of current residents. By the way THEY REFUSE TO GIVE FINES OR WARNINGS, THEY TOWED HIS CAR FOR BEING THEIR FOR a couple hours. Completely ridiculous.

The worst community you can find! They do not clean up any of the grills, and only one of them work (total of four), parking is a constant problem - assigned parking makes no sense when someone else is always parked there, no available space for your guests and not street parking, the management team runs this place like a ...hole which they are used to, the community is not ADA compliant even if you live on the first floor you have to take an elevator and if that is broken or there is an emergency I do not know what would happen, there has been several evictions in just the past two months which tells you what type of neighbors mostly you have to deal with. The pool is always nasty and they do not clean it properly, some residents take their dog into the pool!!!

Community is literally trash! Management behavior fits well. The parking is a huge problem, while management use the resident parking spaces to park their own cars or store some other cars. Residents care less too because management does not take any action, they keep taking your spots, trashing the community, making loud noises at 4 am, etc.
