Dealing with the public still requires politeness & respect... or don't choose this type of work, if it's a problem for you to be respectful. 💖
NO excuse for people being rude who choose to work with customers and have to interact with them - they should get a different job if they can't be polite, and/or don't like people !!
Try doing their job. Dealing with the public. If you have a complaint file it with the post office.
