My bestfriend live over there and I had want and visited her.
Price changes all the time. At the moment someone I know lives in a 3 bedroom trailer for $650 a month but landlord told them if they moved the price would go up (landlord is very strict at M&M trailer park).. Would recommend looking somewhere in the grovetown area or in Harlem area for cheaper rent.
At least one months rent up to $2000.00 depending on your credit, references, criminal background, employment....
No I don't think they allow pets, had a friend that lived there, they had to hide their cat.
