Absolutely hate this place. I saw Dr Lee in May and she was wonderful, I was given an RX which I could get refills for a year w/o needing to be seen. I requested a refill (4 months later) and the front desk staff call me to REJECT my request, because Dr lee left the practice. I said please look at my file I don’t need to be seen for a year for refills. The girl refused to give my request to any other Dr and told me I have to come in again to be seen, I asked my $50 copay because waived and she refused and when I didn’t thank her for her “help” she laughed at me and said I was rude before hanging up. I’m in desperate need for my refill so I have to unfortunately go there 1 more time but I’ve already found a new practice to go to. Stony Brook offices are the WORST!!!!

This is not a place to go for a lip filler, they charge you a lot of money and you don't see any results, A plastic surgeon is better to consult instead of a dermatologist. They also make you make a copay for each visit, and they medication they prescribed me was never received.

The Doctor I has is amazing, he is really good with kids educated me about my child’s skin care and medication. The staffing and everyone else not so good, i don’t know what issue I had with my insurance, but they said if I didn’t pay out of pocket I wouldn’t see the Doctor, I asked numerous time if I’d be refunded the money, they said yes yes yes , here I am 4 months later I’m still calling, I get the run around , and the “Manager is never in”. I got 1 call back she said she’ll call me back and has never done. For such a good place and to have horrible service very disappointed

The worst! They “time” your visit and they are certain to make sure that they “extend your visit” so that patients have to pay a higher premium. Absolutely disgraceful and only there to make a $.
