The fraud center is #1 in my book they stopped someone in Wyoming from stealing money out of my debit account but that is not the only incident where someone has tried to steal money out of my account and they stopped it

I've been TGB for many years & never had an issue. If the bank notices strange activity on your debit card? They'll lock it & send an email immediately for you to confirm that you are the one making the purchases. Click yes & it's unlocked! Fast.. I've never applied for a loan. So no advice for that. The Clute & Angelton Bank has great & friendly folks working there. My checks are deposited once a month, I can transfer from money account Apps, etc.. I love using their App also.. 1- Con that I noticed when checking your balance online or by the App is, the bank "Only Updates" during normal Business Hours. Mon.-Friday. So if pay a bill on Sat, it won't post until Monday. Some local purchases will post immediately to your account.

My husband and I bank here and the experience is awesome! If I have a problem I address it with them in a grown up manner and they respond in kind. Will never do business again with the other big credit unions!

Dont waste your time opening a bank account here. TRUST ME. This bank has an unbelievable amount of malfunctions. If your looking for a safe and reliable bank, then DO NOT choose this one. I've had numerous occasions where my account has been subjected to fraudulent cases. Your debit card gets randomly shut off. The only reason why I have kept this bank for so long was because of the STAFF. The employees that work at this bank are phenomenal, with excellent interpersonal communication skills and a strong desire to satisfy the customer.
