Only allowing up to $500 cash back for whatever reason.. customer service of Leslie and Margie are HORRIBLE! Leslie had an attitude from the beginning. As I was trying to collect money from my dads passing she claimed she saw no information when information was there already. I would suggest getting new management or retraining how to deal with grieving customers. Leslie had an attitude from the moment I told her my brother was able to go to a different branch with no issue on getting his half of the money. I would suggest anyone not deal with wood forest and if you do don’t go to the location inside Walmart on 1960 and Walters Rd

Do not want to give you but 500.00 a day in cash of your own money called corp office was told to go to different Woodforest banks and get 500.00 each time.rude and if something happens you will have trouble getting your money.
