I’ve lived at AMLI Addison for a full year now. I turn my keys in today and it actually breaks my heart to leave! Amazing apartment that looked brand new when I moved in, maintenance that shows up next day (if not same day) and handles EVERYTHING (very talented, also very friendly); extremely clean hallways, common areas, and landscaping. Management and front office staff are great at communicating with residents and will always return phone calls. Tons of great events to attend hosted by the complex and Addison in general but never blocked in by Addison Circle event traffic. Easy access to everything, very quiet (I rarely heard any of my Neighboors), nicely lit inside and outside, garage gates worked flawlessly 99% of the time (snow/ice would keep one gate open when we had a freeze) and every single door requires key fob access or the use of butterfly keypads to enter (security is important to me and I walked the entire building looking for a way in without a fob/screen and nothing). Honestly, the only thing missing is trash valet but I can live without since everything else was immaculate. There was nothing that I asked for that I couldn’t get. I’m only moving out because I’m leaving the state but the second I determine I’m returning to Dallas I will be signing the first lease open here. I am very impressed with how this complex is operated and maintained. 10/10 would recommend.

I love living here! The office staff is great and makes an effort to get to know you as a resident. They are very response to issues or questions. The amenities are amazing and everything is always clean and maintained. The area is quiet most of the time and super convenient to almost anything you would want to do!

Nothing else can compare to AMLI Addison apartments. From the amenities to the attention to detail, and high quality material put into these units, you won’t find anything like it. The staff is extremely attentive to residents needs . I have never worked with a team that was so responsive and helpful. I am a current resident who moved into AMLI Addison in Feb of 2022. I decided to move into AMLI Addison after thoroughly reviewing its website and taking one brief virtual tour. Overall, I've had a very good experience with the property management and leasing team - shout out to Cynthia for being a great point of contact throughout the process and the quick follow ups! They've responded quickly to all of my questions via email and phone, and made the move-in process seamless and quick. Overall, the property is exactly what you would expect after checking out their website. The only things that surprised me upon move-in were 1. the halls are open air (not enclosed), which can be cold or sticky depending on time of year, 2. the package delivery pickup room leaves a lot to be desired - often your packages are sitting on the floor out in the open vs secured. I haven't had an issue with this, but the opportunity for them to be lost, difficult to locate and general lack of organization is an area for improvement, and 3. there's only 1 trash disposal and recycling area per floor - this can be a long walk depending on where your unit is located. These small improvement areas aside, AMLI Addison is great overall for the location, amenities, staff and overall value.
