Have lived here more than 5 years. They no longer offer a physical office or leasing center, so if you ever need help, you might as well not. They have NEVER answered the virtual help center number when I call, and the emergency line also never gets answered. You could not pay me to live here again.

Now 6 days & no hot water. When you work 8 hours a day the one thing you look forward to when coming home is a hot shower, working 8 hours a day to pay a $1600 rent & getting NO hot water for a shower is mind boggling. Also the email address attached recommendded for contact is invalid. Had to submit another request because you have people come by just saying they’ve solved the issue without really doing anything to solve it. UPDATE: hot water off AGAIN! 2 days now I’ve had to take cold showers… I’m 8 months pregnant not even comfortable in my own home & it’s out of my control. I’ve also had a work order in for my kitchen outlets that have been out for a month now, can’t even use my microwave & kitchen appliances! If you want a new problem/inconvenience to wake up to everyday don’t waste your time, money, or sanity on this place. These people DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS IN THE LEAST BIT and still expect you to pay rent in full & on time, what a scam.
