So when my fiance' asked me what I wanted for dinner Saturday night I told him that I wanted Italian. My standards for Italian cuisine are ridiculously high. I grew up eating my grandmother's and mothers homemade cooking until I turned 25 when I moved out west from Philadelphia and NY. Ww arrived and were seated immediately even tho we had no reservations * bonus to eating early . Staff was warm friendly and you could see Mo talking to every guest like what I honestly expect from old Italian restaurants that has disappeared sadly. I ordered a spiked Belini that was very tasty. This place was superb everything was fresh and tasted like my grandmother's cooking. I ordered the focaccia as an apatiezer and salmon and shrimp pesto as main course. Salmon was perfectly cooked moist and shrimp was perfect. Pasta and sauces were fresh refreshing and not overwhelming. Tiramasu was perfect aswell hint of coffee lightly powered with coco light filling and the cookie on the bottom was delicious * fiance and I shared as we were both quite full after dinner. Fiance had chicken parm it was breaded perfectly and the red sauce was the same as my mothers light flavorful and the tomatoes where perfect . Will come back again especially on special occasions! 100% recommended!!! This place serves delicious and unique dishes that are hard to find in other restaurants. The whole experience was great, not only, the owners make you feel comfortable and cared but also, the waitresses. We got an italian merlot wine just perfect to match a delicious carpaccio as an appetizer and my husband had the Lobster Bisque that was just great, later, I had the the veal with a wine sauce just delicious. At the end we had the best Tiramisú and a glass of Sambuca with the coffee grains which is hard to find in restaurants. 100% recommend!!!
