My kids and I moved here from Washington and I have nothing but good experience living here. Diana and Cindy are always respectful and easy to talk to even when I feel like I call them too much they never made me feel like a bother. These ladies and the maintenance team always made sure they resolved all of our issues quickly and effectively and I am so thankful. I recently just got a car and was afraid of the parking situation but Diana and Cindy cleared it up for me and assured me my vehicle will be safe and it has been. Our home is perfectly located as my job is literally within walking distance and so are the schools and shopping and playgrounds (as my kids and I have been without a car for a couple of yrs until recently) and walking trails its just perfect I've NEVER had a bad experience here that made me feel like we needed to move out. I am well pleased as a resident here.

My overall stay here wasn’t pleasant. They constantly turned off the water without notice. There was never any parking. They kept my deposit and in the end I owed $35 for miscellaneous fees and they sent it directly to debt collections and I haven’t been able to settle it because no one from the office will respond to my voicemails or emails. I would NOT recommend renting here. The apartments and amenities aren’t worth the price you’re paying and the people you have to deal with. They are extremely unprofessional.
