This has been a great place for us to live at. I've been at my apartment for less than 6 months but have not had any issues or reason to call maintenance. I did submit a maintenance request today but it was only for one of my lightbulbs that went out. I never have problems finding parking, AC has always worked fine (and I love being in a 68 degree apartment!!!), dumpster area stinks but it's the dumpster... I wouldn't expect it to smell amazing. People are gross and throw their trash outside of where it's supposed to go but it's cleaned out every other day by staff. I live right down the hallway from the dumpster and my apartment/hallway doesn't smell. I will say Tammy Sharp was extremely rude but I'm glad she was fired/replaced. The rent is a little on the higher end but for the park we get to enjoy, I definitely do not mind paying what we do. I think the people who complain about small things really just have high expectations. If you really wanted to live like a king, you have to sacrifice a higher rent. It's great considering the amenities we get access to. But I'm also someone who is content with a lot of things lol

Beautiful apartment complex and the stores around the complex are very convenient. The park and friendly atmosphere. The girl at the office, Guimena was very sweet and knowledgeable. Definitely looking into living here very soon. Thank you.

Tried to give zero stars.I recommend not to take consider this community.They are totally irresponsible.Leasing office agents are jus wasting their time.Every questions asked they jus point to some customer care center which never works. Very complex leasing process. Delayed responses and very unprofessional.

I am now editing my review to one star. I have lived her for approximately 3 months. In that 3 month period this is what has happened: 1. there was mold in the apartment below me (water leakage), for two weeks I had air blowers in my apartment blowing loud non stop. 2. There was a fire in the elevator in the middle of July. Since then one elevator has been down and literally every other day the other elevator doesn't work. There is a very bad and strange odor that permeates though out the stairwell. At this point it is disgusting. I had knee surgery a month and a half ago and have had to walk up multiple flights of stairs carrying groceries etc. Maybe it sounds petty...but for the amount that I am paying that shouldn't be the case. I emailed the office over a month ago and have not received any kind of response. 3. I have come across trash constantly in the parking garage. It gets very filthy very quick. At this point I would definitely NOT recommend this place after having lived here for 3 months. The residents are friendly and the staff is very friendly as well. I still would not recommend living here though. The staff has been amazing and super friendly! The place is very and clean. I appreciate the office and everything g that they do!

Im a resident. I had to wait over 2 months for a new microwave and i am on my 3rd week and counting with a broken washer. They dont even fix problems in the common areas as the urinal and the lights in the bathroom on the 3rd floor by the pool table have been broken for over a month. I stopped trying to get stuff fixed. Oh and you cant ever call the office. I tried over 50 times and cant ever talk to anyone unless you are trying to lease. They chase money and then ignore you.
