Booked on my app which I specifically put king size bed. When I got there the clerk told me "I'm sorry I have no kings left". I don't know if the clerk wanted to give that king to someone else or if the IHG app is messed up. Either way would've been a great 5 star visit if it wasn't for that and the lack of soap at the sink. Only soap in the room was in the shower but I was too tired to deal with it. Overall the breakfast was good, the staff were friendly and my room was passable.

Sadly the reviews online were not true. We reserved a room closer to an event. We arrived at 5pm. In my reservation I requested highest floor away from elevator. Simple request. Got there Cindy was very direct they are all booked up due to construction and what they have is all they have left. We go to our floor to room and it's directly in front of elevator on 3rd floor. The room was disgusting. Smelled like an ashtray and wet dirty carpet. Stains were all over the couch and table was cracked with pieces cracked off. Just nasty. So we returned to desk and explained the room. She said that's all they have. My husband stated we can't stay in that disgusting room that resembled a horror move in a truck stop scene. She said I may not be charged for the night I questioned why would I being I just walked in and our. She said Isje old email Mr. B OR V to let him know. About the situation i keave my nane number and email address asdress.. Monday I see a charge for Holiday Exoress. I call hotel and Cindy says the boss only works 830 to noon and I'll need to call back then. I inquired about the email she allegedly sent him on Friday. She explained she sent it but he only works 3 and a 1/2 hours Monday through Friday so l need to contact him. I strongly advise against this hotel. It's truly reminded me of a hotel in a scene from jeepers creepers. I understand if this was only hotel off 287 near a truck stop, but it's not worth anything over 60.00 , it's truly nasty. Take cleaning supplies and candles if you book a room.

The Holiday inn Express & Suites Staff in Lewisville, TX are extremely welcoming and helpful, and staying with them for business trips is like a home away from home. The breakfast selection is good, and the food excellent.

Stayed here twice now and it’s head and shoulders above most hotels, including higher end ones. Super clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Continental breakfast is fresh and hot. For example, fruit is actually appealing to the eye and tongue. Chain is known for its tiny yet tasty pancakes. Staff is super professional and helpful. Cindy (not sure on spelling) was at front desk and awesome over the phone and in person when we checked in. Melissa the next morning--same: awesome all around! Quick ride from central location into Dallas, Fort Worth, or Denton.
