Do not move in here, I repeat do not move in here.... This is far the worse complex apartment I've ever seen. There is no good side about this apartment other than the fact... nothing I can recall. Remember, cockroach everywhere, broken everything everyday at every time, maintenance slow to respond and very inefficient.

This place is not good at all. They don’t care about nothing you complain about. I had a problem with my upstairs neighbors making a lot of noise and they asked me did I called the police, since when do you call the police instead of handing it yourself. They towing is bad and it’s not enough parking for people. I had friends looking for somewhere to move and I literally took them somewhere down the street just so they won’t waste they time here.

Whoever lived there before me clogged the dishwasher. The office and maintainence was very quick to repsond. They also unclogged the drain to make sure everything was running smoothly. Also, no pest problems. Yes there is limited parking. But if you scope around this area it's common. I do agree there needs to be more visitors parking but, they can't just grow a plot of land where there isn't much already bought out lol. For the amount of tenants vs parking its actually a reasonable ratio.

This is by far one of the worst places to live. The rental manager is very rude, seems to always have an attitude and comes off like everything in her life is perfect. first day I moved into my apartment I had roaches. I had to bomb the apartment several times on my own to get them out because maintenance couldn't do the job. Old carpet in bedroom with last resident garbage still stuck in carpet. never truly complained because none of these apartments are very nice for the prices they are charging. but to offer such bad apartments with horrible grounds and 8 visitor parking for residents and not want to help a resident when they are going through something and looking to still pay is crazy. the point of having the apartment complex is to put people in the apartments and keep them there so that you are successful but it seems to me you rather me take my money to another complex. cool with me. just understand this is the reason why the front office staff in apartments always change. because they honestly cant do there jobs and keep people in apartments. I know for sure if I was Mexican I would get help but who cares about a black man. Check pics to see the roaches.

I have been living in the complex for 2 years, everything is excellent, good neighbors, good location, schools, parks and shops nearby. In my opinion, very good attention from the administrative staff very helpful and attentive.
