2 stars for affordability and space but the management is not friendly and the property is typically trashed. Dog park disgusting. Plus I lived across from the bar so it was pretty noisy. I’ve been gone for two years but my apartment locator set me up for a tour and I didn’t realize they changed the name. I knew I didn’t want to live there again but I went inside to see if there was any specials. I wasn’t greeted I sat for about 5 mins no one talked to me then I got up and left.

I scheduled a tour and did not go through with the tour. I walked into the office and the ladies up front stopped mid conversation, looked at me, and continued their conversation. There was no acknowledgement of my presence and after a minute or 2 the women behind the desk (I assume the actual person who worked in the office) said can I help you. I said I had an appointment and she said you can have a seat. The other woman standing over her desk said what time is it. I did make it in 5 minutes following my scheduled appointment time so that was a downfall on my end but the energy of the people was not welcoming at all. I didn’t bother sitting down once they finally said something I walked out. I wouldn’t waste my time touring if the customer service is lacking. Fortunately the place I toured following although over my budget I was willing to lease. The people at the next location were so nice and that really goes a long way.

Showed up for a tour at 10AM that we had scheduled and confirmed online, and the front desk girl had no idea. She just said, “uhhh there’s two more tours, you guys can wait if you want” The residents mail is all in the open on a table/floor a few feet from the door of the leasing office. Rude staff, unorganized leasing office/mail, will not be coming back here, nor will I be recommending it.

The apt scammed me out of $450. Let me add during the time I filled out a application for this apt, it was under different management and I’m not stating that the new management did anything wrong, they actually reimbursed some of my money but not all. I signed a whole lease agreement that was hidden in the application. The application was $400. They made me think the unit I applied for had a balcony but it was really a Juliet. Before my app was approved I changed my mind and called them to cancel my app. At no point did I expect my app deposit back. I just didn’t want to live there. They told me I already signed the lease and I would have to break my lease for a apartment that I’ve never been! IT WAS TWO MONTHS TILL MY SO CALLED MOVE IN DATE! They threatened that if I didn’t pay my deposit that day then it would affect my credit. I was forced to pay a additional $350. I was taken advantage of a management company that knew they were selling the property so they scammed and trapped a lot of people before they left. The previous management company is called The Connor Group and they manage other apt in Dallas. Be carful when filling out applications. Your lease should never be in the app and if it is then I’m sure it’s a scam.
