Save yourselves from a load of stress and scams! My friend was nearly homeless because of how unorganized and unprofessional the staff is ran at The Wildflower Apartments. If you’re looking for peace of mind and a secure place to live at—keep looking cause you won’t find it here. They will take full advantage of you and give you the worst customer service that you can imagine, and take zero accountability. The entire staff is a true nightmare. Imagine signing a lease and paying everything you were asked to pay to have them turn you away and claim that you didn’t. All this while he had nowhere else to go during the dead beat summer and all of his belongings packed in a Uhaul. My friend is basically traumatized from his experience at The Wildflower Apartments. Please do better!!

For my 10years as a receptionist, I have never experienced what I did today with one of the receptionist at this apartment. To be precise, the (white lady ) not sure what her name is. I guess there is a reason why they have her as receptionist. If you ask my opinion, Zero customer service. She responds and answers questions that haven’t been asked and claims the customer is rude. Let me précise that I haven’t even moved in yet, but this is the treatment I had today. God helps me for those 6month I will be there. I hope the management really speaks to their receptionist about attitude because that today customer service wise, which is what they are suppose to deliver, is less than ZERO🤦🏽♂️. To me they don’t even deserve a star.

I was actually looking at an apartment right up the street from this complex and it shows pictures of trash strewn all over this complex, old furniture out in the parking lot. OMG... it looks absolutely deplorable. It also changed my mind about living in that area at the other, better kept, complex. Whoever manages this property really needs to be given their walking papers.

They are security deposit farmers. I placed an application before I saw a unit, put in a security deposit to hold the unit til I saw it, the property manager I was working with was conveniently off the day I called to withdraw my interest in the unit after I had seen it. Told me they will not refund the security deposit when I had not accepted the unit or moved in. Company policy apparently. The parking situation is awful, condition of the parking lot overall is terrible. The unit I saw had a bad layout, making poor usage of the space available. Old appliances, cramped hallways, cramped kitchens. People work hard for their money, and Wildflower Apartments are willing to screw over those that are trying to find an honest place to live. I called corporate and will steer as many people as I can away from these apartments.

$75 initial late fee on the 6th and $10 daily until paid in full. If you are late, they will apply everything to rent first, then say your electric will be shut off.
