While looking for an apartment we found this place on Apartment List where it showed they had 5 available 1 bedroom units in the $1,300 range but when trying to schedule a visit they changed the time my boyfriend was able to go see it two times, and saying that those prices and apartments aren’t available despite the app saying prices were updated half an hour ago. The listing should be accurate if they’re being updated daily and yet they aren’t as well as the appointment being changed twice to a time my boyfriend isn’t available. There’s a disconnect between what’s available and what isn’t and that should be fixed so looking for an apartment isn’t harder than it should be.

*disclaimer* I’ve only lived here for about 3 weeks but they want me to leave a review, so, some things possibly subject to change: Pros: - Love the aesthetic of my apartment Disclaimer: mine was newly renovated* - Really big windows, hardwood floors, new cabinets, huge balcony, dark counter tops… - Really nice and peaceful courtyard outside my balcony(there a several different ones though) - Huge dog park right next door, walking distance, I have a 90 lb giant schnauzer - parking garage with elevator - gated complex - Valet trash pick up - FaceTimed me to give me a tour of the complex and Veronica was communicative since I was out of state - Dog wash station - Pretty nice workout equipment - Trees are really pretty and plants Cons: - Has *currently* a roach infestation that is DISGUSTING. So many roaches. Pest control came a week/week and a half after I put in an order and had to call the front desk to send another order/reminder. Came and put some killer/repellent and I also got my own roach tablets. He said give it two weeks, so, hopefully it goes away. - *not really apartments fault, but when you live in a big complex with a lot of people you are bound to get a variety* people just let their dogs poop in the stairwell/hallway and it stays there for like a week or so. Pretty disgusting. Also don’t pick up after themselves outside in the grass. There are a lot of dogs living here, since it’s next to a dog park, so I assume that’s bound to happen, but still, gross. - There has been car break-ins and theft. Which kind of comes with living in a big city, but the police were called too, so action was taken by complex. - Haven’t had to pay bills online yet, so not sure how easy that process will be yet. Overall, would recommend if I was guaranteed an updated/renovated apartment for good price. Most of the cons just come with living in a bigger city apartment. I can imagine what an nyc one would be like.

The location is great and the new management has been wonderful. Maintenance is pretty fast to respond (especially Chris) and the new manager Julie is so nice. I love the parking garage and not worrying about my car being parked outside during the storm season. I was so disappointed in the previous management I almost did not renew my lease but now with all of the warm new faces I am glad I did!

Just wow! Everyone is so friendly and I am so happy I found Gramercy on the Park. I love the huge dog park next door and the smaller one on the property. The apartment is cute and the property is usually nice and tidy. I can't wait to try the pool this summer.

They are covered with ceiling fans but external. My experience is that they protect you from they weather.
