My call was sent directly to the Administrator She returned my call within the hour My concerns were investigated A nurse practitioner called me a couple of hours later and addressed every single concern that I had ...they did a great job!

Anyone thinking about putting a relative here, do your research onto the complaints. They will disgust you. I had a family member die this year because of the negligence of this facility. He was there for 3 days before they gave him any of his medications because they “didn’t know they were suppose to”. He was on IV medications. They would put his food, phone, & call bell out of his reach. He needed to go to the ER because he could hardly breathe & our family had to call the police to get them to actually transfer him to the hospital. He died about a week or so later. They do not care about their patients. There are full reports online backing up this entire claim. make sure to check out the documented complaints that have been brought upon them before sending anyone here.

Get your family members out of this facility!!! And if you’re looking for somewhere to take your family member to, do NOT take them here!!!! The place is disgusting and needs to be shut down immediately! I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay at that place 🤮🤮🤮
