It seems like things are changing since they have Cristal on board .I called she put a work order and not even 20 minutes maintenance shows up.

The maintenance man are extremely nice. Kids run around the parking lot without an adults present. Kids also ding dong ditch. Dumpsters get filled up fast then trash is left on the floor around the dumpsters. Parking is scarce after 6pm. People don't pick up their dogs poop especially at the dog park.

These apartments are the worst ever. The ac always leaks it takes a while for maintenance to show up . The people that work in the office are so rude and should get slapped. Roach infested apartments . The hot water goes out all the time.

DAMN SHAME!!!

People in the office are rude as hell. Lily is professional but the other staff is constantly being replaced and they have no type of customer service. Rude as hell. Hot water is always getting cut off 'for maintenance' but we do not get a notice.

This is true my mpm stays there and they never have hot water. Very crime infested

How do you tow a car in the apartment and you paying for 2 spots. Only because you not driving the vehicle. I'm paying for this spot so it shouldn't matter when I'm driving another vehicle.

Maintenance is very bad. I moved here to this property in November of 2018 and today is June 2019 and it can not be that my air conditioner still does not work is a terrible service 🤬

My whole apartment is flooding nonstop...i put in a work order 25 HRS AGO but still have not received any maintenance! Im 8 months pregnant and if i fall i swear i will be sewing BIG TIME!!!!

If you are not Hispanic you most likely will get denied - My lease is up very soon and I am already looking for another place to stay - So many laws have been broken just here at this location - Please read my comment to see my full comment - Just today - I have already filed a compliant with BBB and Code Compliance - I have videos of our bath water coming out brown. Why is there an inspection every month? Never experienced this with any other apartment complex I've lived in?
