I tried to visit this complex and I took my business elsewhere. CDC guidelines have been dropped for mask requirements (even still I had one to put on) and the office agents were not wearing masks. We were immediately stopped for not wearing them. I apologized and said I will put one on but didn’t have one on walking in the door. I also stated that we were unsure since they were not wearing masks either. The man at the desk to the right side was completely obnoxious stating that this was their house and that if we wanted to go there, he would take it further in confrontation. He continued by stating “you don’t wear a mask in your house so why should I wear one in my house”. Buddy this is a leasing office, a place of business. This was not your apartment home. We felt completely discriminated against not only for the mask issue but we were the only caucasians there. Very racist attitude and the unprofessional attitude was on a whole different level that I have ever experienced in Dallas. Imagine if they somehow rented me an apartment and how I would have been treated living here. No thanks. Go elsewhere if you value any respect.

Different process from applying to other apartments. When you ask a question to confirm and concerns they get an attitude. They speak over you. If it’s a different process allow people to ask questions without receiving a disrespectful attitude. Discourages people from wanting to apply because they don’t understand and get and attitude when wanting information.

If I could give it lower I would. I lived here two years. I gave my notice at least a month in advance before moving out and made sure everything I needed to pay was paid. Two months after I moved out and gave my notice they called me asking me where my rent was. I let them know I no longer lived there and I gave my notice. The person on the phone said that they would get it taken care of again. The lady who originally took my notice said she would handle it and make sure it was taken care of for me also. Now I find out they have sent it to collections and it has hit my credit hard. I tried disputing it but they won’t let me because it was sent to collections due to the incompetence of the people who handled it in the first place.
