Parc at White Rock

Lived here for a little over 2 years now. I strongly advise anyone looking for apartments to avoid the Parc at White Rock, at least for now. Car break ins are sky rocketing here and nothing is being done to fix the problem. It’s common to see multiple cars broken into each morning. On a positive note we absolutely love the maintenance staff here, they are the best part of the apartment and are always extremely responsive and quick to fix any issue that arises.

This place is going downhill fast. I cant remember the last time that both gates and both elevators worked at once, and right now all 4 are completely broken. Guests have to park at the top floor and walk up/down 4 flights of stairs to get between my apartment and their car. I'll change my rating if they can fix the gates and elevators in a more permanent way. Edit: One of the elevators in the garage and both gates were fixed so I'm changing my rating, but the gates are often in/out of operation.

So close to white rock lake, I bike there all the time and this is the most convenient place I have ever seen! The amenities are nice, great gym and beautiful pool area.
