I've lived here for a month now and it has been the BEST decision. I'm new to the Dallas area and was fortunate to come across this building in my search. Naomi was the leasing consultant that helped me smoothly transition into my new home and was so attentive during the process! Great location, residents, amenities, and food all walking distance :)

Renters beware!!!! I visited my friend who lives in this building and was personally appalled by how terrible the building management is at Case especially pertaining how they handle matters with their parking deck. My friend’s vehicle got broken into and management didn’t lift a finger to ensure better security for the parking deck and building. The building management treated my friend very poorly over this situation and was unresponsive to emails. I was thinking of moving into Case building, but quickly changed my mind after seeing what my friend went through dealing with such incompetent office management. There are much better apartments to rent in Dallas! Stay away from the Case!

The building itself is beautiful and Gisela was probably the only friendly one in the office . The manager Samantha on the other hand needs to return to customer service 101 or move to class C property’s. The area is terrible and there were always break ins. I’ve witnessed in broad daylight an individual sneak into the garage and start looking in all the cars. I immediately contacted the leasing office and was told they were aware of the situation. I only lived here a short few months due to an incident that was improperly handled and had to reach out to the corporate office to be released from my lease. It honestly was a blessing In disguise. The community has a group text that constantly shares all the crime that happens and the office never reporting it to the residents. Wouldn’t recommend the case building.

CURRENT RESIDENT. This is the first negative review I've ever left anywhere, but I've been a resident for nearly 3 years and wanted to share my experience. I've had minimal issues and enjoyed living here for the most part. However, I ran into an issue with parking and managements response is a complete joke. I had my car registered in my resident profile online, I left town for a weekend and my car was towed the first day I was gone. I then showed up late Sunday evening to discover it was towed and had to run around town and spend nearly $500 to get it back. When I signed my lease I was shown how to add/change your vehicles in the resident portal on the Case website. I've done this on/off the last few years as I usually rotate cars out annually. Management now told me that wasn't how we are supposed to register it now, that we are supposed to use a website - apartmentpermits.com to register our vehicles, though they never made this known. Why does the resident portal have a vehicle registration section if it's not used? I was told by management that this actually has been somewhat of a common problem and several other residents have had their cars towed as well. So why would you not take the option off on the resident portal? Especially when it's a consistent issue. Once you make a vehicle adjustment, it even emails you saying your vehicles had been updated in the system. I've talked to several other residents who were surprised to find this out, as they had registered their vehicles the same way. Management couldn't give me an answer and said they would pass it along, pretty lame answer.

Questions & Answers

Can you easily hear neighbors walking or playing music here? I'm currently having that problem at the place I'm at so I'm thinking of moving to Case. Ty

Sometimes on weekends, but concierge is really good about nipping that in the butt.
