My son asked me to research this apartment for him as he is interested in relocating to the Dallas area. After reading these reviews, it's really troubling to know that you can walk into a living situation totally unaware of underlying issues that are masked by a few strokes of paint and manicured lawn. You would think that the owners would get the lesson here. You can't ignore your tenants legitimate complaints. Their voice have power. I will not be referring my son here.

We have a one bedroom apartment. It's $610.00 a month. But you have to pay water, trash, an they added a ten dollar insurance fee. So total for this month is about $665.00.
I have been here for almost 3 years.They do halfway fix things.Water is always off and the whole complex needs a makeover..

No. You have to pay the bills. They charge you for pest control. Which isn't worth the money. We still have roaches. They remodeled the outside of the building's. Now the rent is going sky high. To me it's not worth it. We are paying $605.00 a month now for rent. But when they add things to it. It comes close to $680 to $690 a month. So we are leaving this complex an moving to a different town. The city of Dallas don't care about affordable housing for Seniors. I am 70 an can't find anything reasonable.
