Save your time and your money. The staff here are rude and don't answer phones. When you go into the office, everyone is talking amongst themselves. They'll more than likely put you in an apartment that isn't anything like what they show you on the tour, if you can get approved for one in the first place. Youll probably wait longer than a week to here anything back from the apartment regarding your app as stated by other people in the reviews. The maintenance has an attitude when you put in a request and aren't in a hurry to do anything, as if you're doing something wrong by asking them to do their JOB! I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Believe every negative review that you see on this page because I've experienced it first hand. Worst apartment I've lives in since I moved to Dallas Update, they are not disheartened to hear about anything. I've called the office multiple times since this review and went into the office only to be told that a manger is not available or is doing reports and cannot assist. The Hispanic girl in the front office is very unprofessional and rude and they'll lie to you about calling you back when you go in, just to get you out the office. The issue with calling doesn't seem to be only at the property but with corporate as well. Maintenance WILL enter your apartment without your permission if you are not there

We just turned the keys in today, and I am so sad to do so. We loved our stay here, and would move back in a heartbeat if we could. The office staff are always so nice, and maintenance was always handled promptly. Some things were a bit difficult, such as parking at our area because the gates were usually stuck open, and visitors did not park in the visitor parking. They also did not enforce the 1 vehicle per leasehold, and one guy had 2 cars, one usually taking up a prime spot, but it didn't move for weeks at a time.

I absolutely love this apartment complex. Our community is quiet and safe. My neighbors and I speak and look out for each other. We also like how responsive the apartment complex is. Since moving in we have only had 1 issue with air filter, we called and the issue was resolved that. My son loves the pools in the summer and is excited about participating in the after school and summer programs designed for kids.

I have lived at the Residence of North Dallas for 20 years and I love it. The Management Company is very attentive to the Residence needs. Also the remodeling they have done in the past year is finominal! The assistant manager, Jennifer Mason was very sweet in helping me with an issue today. I enjoy living here an would highly recommend them to anyone.
