My wife and I moved in, but our unit had some issues left from a prior resident (I’m guessing). I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service I received from everyone I spoke with. It took a little longer than we wanted, but Lisa and Elsa were both very respectful, and they actually seemed to care about our situation. The manager, Elizabeth, is friendly and eager to help. Once fully made aware of the problem, she had us a new unit that very day. Roles like theirs are difficult, as apts continually age and rents rise, conflict between them and the residents is probably an everyday thing. We appreciate the staff here for all they do! Maintenance team also! They work crazy hard, it’s like 102 degrees out here.

Looking for a place to relocate has been so stressful. Elsa was so helpful and her positive attitude is contagious. Before going to Wythe Apartments all other apartmenst made me feel like I was bothering them. I am so happy with how the apartments look from the outside and the inside. I am looking forward to move in soon.

I lived many many years in those apartments and had never came across such an outstanding maintenance employee nevertheless felt the need to write a review on one.. Luis changed that! I had came across Luis while he was working on an AC & I let him know mine needed some attention desperately as summer was approaching! He said he’d come by and take a look- I didn’t believe it! But he did! Luis was attentive to what I was saying unlike the other staff (no one in the office had answered my calls). I have seen this man working through the night and weekends & thought he needed some recognition. We need more people like him in every community. Thank you Luis for a well done job! Thank you for listening and taking action! I hope to see more people with your work ethic!

I have lived here for about 4 years. During my stay I have had no problems here at all. The office staff have been great, and are now under new management. The new office staff are wonderful, friendly and are there and willing to help You with any questions you may have. The maintenance is wonderful, and Luis is very knowledgeable, knows his job, and does it very well. If he tells you that he is going to be right back to repair something, he does exactly what he says he is going to do. I really appreciate him, and all of the staff here at Wythe Apartment Homes.
