My experience living at Huntigton Ridge Apt has been a positive one. The office staff are great and the maintenance team takes care of maintenance request quickly. The location is key. It's very easy to get to many highways and businesses. Overall, this community is a great place to stay!!!

I’ve been living here for almost a year and it’s been great! The community is quiet and peaceful (which was my main concern before moving in.) PLENTY of parking. Maintenance is always there to help, whether it’s at 9 am or 11pm. Front office staff is friendly and very helpful. The only downside is how hot it gets in the Summertime (my apt has a sunroom) however, it’s a love/hate thing because I love the all of the windows and natural light. 5 starts because no complaints here :) *edit* Also want to add when the Winter Storm happened we still had electricity AND running water the entire time! While other communities were badly affected, we weren’t, and for that I’m thankful.

Moved in about a week ago and so far so good ! its really quiet here which i love because i work from home . maintenance is really good on all the problems i have has been fixed in a timely matter . Kieran in the office is super sweet and willing to help whenever he can. i have few more things that needs to be fixed . i could not be happier.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new home. The apartment was so clean and had a brand new stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator...I couldn't be happier. We have a covered parking spot right in front of the apartment which helps my mom who has trouble walking long distances. There is also PLENTY parking for guests close to our apartment too. Thank you guys
