This apartment is very much bad in service i currently staying over here and my ac is not working since 3 days i keep call the office no one pick up the ph instead they cut my calls or put in voice mail what kind of management is this others apartment is far way better then this apartment i go to there office 3 times to tell them its very hard to stay in my room my ac is not working they keeo saying we have to go by rules what kind of rule is this first they said we gonna send to fix the acc asap and call us anytimes and now they said they have to go by rules i waited 3 days including today is day 4 and still no one has came I recommended each any every people dont ever stay and lease in this apartment every one will regret it

Not a good management, I applied for this apartment. My application was approved, I paid direct deposit and I paid application fee which was very expensive. Due to emergency I could not go and I canceled my application. They told me that they will refund my direct deposit. I waited 3 months they didn’t refund me. After so many calls they told that I will not get my refund. City of Irving should do something about these kind of scams..

I am a former tenant . This new management is full of scam.I moved out on end of December.after moved out I reach out to them for any fine for repair .they said no fine everything looks good.but after 2 month I received a letter from debt collector regarding fine and it almost a 700$ .Since they already have my deposit with them .During the key handover, the office employee don’t want to walk through in order to verify.I suggest everyone to stay out of this apartment.I tried to reach out to them but nobody like to answer.stay out of this apartment.

These people don't get back to their customers. My move in date was Nov 12th. They didn't follow up at all. Every time I had to call them. J*nie said (verbally) she approved my application & was going to send the lease but never did. She mentioned she had an emergency situation but her colleagues could have reach out to me. A week later I called back to withdraw my application. I asked for deposit but they didn't refund it back. It was their mistake not sending me the lease on before move in date as discussed with them. They could have approved or denied, but at least could have provided me the update. Never again! Customer service is worst in the planet!! Worst management system! If you talk with one of the colleagues today, the next day another colleagues comes up with your different information. They don't write your details, they don't know what APT you want even though you provided every details earlier. The price on the website is not accurate at all. Come here if you want to be treated bad!
