I have lived in this apartment since 2006 and i still love the apartment,the receptionists,maintainance guys and the manager are owesome...i like the neighborhood and the place is always clean. They fix your problem as quick as possible and they are always reliable. I advice anyone who is looking for a place to live should come to garden park apartment and feel at home.

I have been a resident for about 2 years now and I can honestly say the girls in the front are awesome especially Elvia! She always goes above and beyond! She always stays on top of things and always get things done fast as well as maintenance! I have not had any issues with them, will highly recommend !!

I’ve lived at garden park for 3 years now and I haven never had anyone treat me as sweet as the girls in the office Elvia helped me renew online which I thought I could never do. Sonia is always so happy and Philly is very informative. They are always ready to attend me the apartments are all bills paid so it makes it easier to save. Maintenance are very friendly and attentive as well. Over all garden park is a really good place to live
