Very bad management, please make up your mind and listen to all reviews. I give those guys leave notice and they said they will charge me 80% of my rent because I am leaving earlier than my proposed end of the lease. I accepted to pay and I give them my new address and email and they still send my balance for debt collector. You are bad management you never send me any mail or email and you send my balance to debt collector. Bad management or in other words the worse lease office I deal with for my entire life. Please guys avoid them, they don't know what they doing and they have no good management or system. Make up your mind and stay away.

Best thing about this place is the terrible Wi-Fi ! Management is as great as the build quality of these apartments(Spoiler alert) it’s all a joke. Called everyday to renew lease but lazy staff doesn’t answer or is too busy and will call back… NEVER. All apartments around us have been empty going on weeks to a month come to find out once they finally answer a call that ours is sold a weeks before lease ends?Glad we moved out of this circus. Don’t bother putting a request for maintenance they won’t show up, got friends or family that come more than 7 times? Their parking pass will expire and be non renewable online so you get 300$ towing !!!!!!! But hey the gates don’t work anyways neither does the gym or the pool ! Save yourself the hassle and find a place and the people that care about where you call HOME.

Wow! I rarely ever leave a positive review but after the experience I just had I knew I had to. Now this is luxury living. Amazing tour and definitely will be coming back to apply, right now this is the top of my list. Couldn’t ask for more. The front desk team was incredibly helpful and was patient with all my questions.

Best experience ever while apartment hunting for a new place to live. Staff answered all of my questions and provided me with a move in date all in one day of visiting the property and fulfilling all of the requirements. So excited to move in soon!
