I needed to stretch my legs during my trip home from Western Massachusetts, and this lovely walk in the woods (slightly under a mile long) was perfect! Because of drought conditions, the water level was low, but I can imagine how beautiful it will be in better conditions next time I take that walk.

Wow, a beautiful hike under 1 mile round trip. Need sturdy footwear and some hiking ability....it is more than just a walk, but well worth the trip!

Very pretty, end of Dec 2021 and the trail is icy, if you have ice cleats it's a good idea. We didn't and went about half way down, still very pretty and a nice walk.
