I tried to order Sample Contacts to see they are claiming to be cheap and the best. If I ever get it. Placed order on August 24th and Today is Sept. 21st. nothing. Its so painful to contact them, when i did they said oh.. your dr. failed to gave us the prescription, But no one said anything to me. I uploaded my prescription dr. name on it. I order contact through other online contact lenses and they accepted the prescription, and Warby won't. After a month nothing but waste of time, frustrations, they got negative review. Not Recommending anyone to go WP. Stay away. There are many other 5 star rated business to go to.

I was greeted by cheerful staff immediately and was directed to a skilled optician to help with an emergency repair to eyeglasses not purchased at the store. The optician immediately tackled the problem. She was pleasant and professional, and with skill and persistence performed a difficult reaper in a few minutes while I waited. This was an excellent future customer experience.

Customer service is out of this world! Have been a repeat customer for the past year and I have never had anything less than stellar service! The employees are friendly, patient l, and welcoming and always have a smile on their faces! Would recommend everyone to stop in and get fitted!

Amazing customer service. Greeted within a few minutes of walking in despite the place being packed when I came in the other day. Had to get glasses adjusted and the optician was efficient and personable. Would recommend to a friend for sure, especially for the price point compared to that place downstairs from them!┌(・。・)┘♪
