The apartments are roach infested!! I just moved in a couple weeks ago and keep a very clean apartment. I don't have furniture yet so why am I waking up to dozens of roaches every morning!!! Rent is too much for this!!

Been living here since September of 2021. The apartments are roach infested! Have been dealing with roaches since I moved in. I have told the office several times about this problem! They remodeled the apartments like closing up the chimney’s & repainting the counters, changing the cabinet doors but still have roaches bad. Rent is overly priced. I feel as though the rent we’re paying is not worth the stay out here.

Hi there Google Gang. I've lived here since May 1st, it is a great place to live, yes the maintenance requests are a little slow but they do get the job done. Great staff and friendly and professional. Love IT.
Yes this place has a lot of roaches ! I haven't seen any water bugs. Roaches, roaches, roaches.

Yes. Tenants are programmed in the system by phone # and the office gives the gate code and a card to scan in instead of gate code. If you don't have a code or card you would have to find the person you're coming to visit name in the directory.
