I strongly advise not living here…and if you do, never use the office drop box. I left my keys in the drop box when I moved out at the end of November as I was advised this would be ok. The management didn’t process them as returned until a week later so that they could charge me for another month and keep my entire deposit. Even when I explained to them that I had pictures and evidence of me being back in Ohio the day after I turned the keys in…they claimed I could’ve had someone else put them in the drop box for me a week later… Terrible way to do business.

It’s okay for me. My unit isn’t really renovated. The cabinets you can tell are out of date and literally ever cabinet in my apartment was painted over. It’s other things that I’m not really a fan of either but that would be a list, other than that very quiet place nothing goes on here which is good for me. Just not good enough for me to renew my lease .
