Honestly this place doesn’t even deserve a one star rating ! My daughters live here , one moved out this July and the other is not renewing her lease for next year ! Maintenance is horrible - high cost rent for a mediocre care of the apartment complex what a shame - this place could be so nice if maintenance kept up with it ! So many things wrong with the apartments requests put it takes months to fix - and half the time not fixed properly !! Office staff are a bunch of college students who have no clue how to manage a complex facility! Can’t wait for my other daughter to leave this place!!!! So not worth the money and aggravation btw , oh yeah mold & rust is in their vents !!!

Current resident, just want to warn any potential renters to avoid signing here at all costs. Management says they’ll take care of issues, then you never hear from them again. Utilities are all messed up one way or another. Pool says it closes at 10pm yet you get kicked out at 8:50pm every-time. This place is a joke. No stable security, constant breaches of entry, etc.

****ATTENTION**** Congratulations mom and dad! You are reading reviews on this terrible apartment complex, hopefully before you’ve already signed. STAY AWAY! despite their cute little social media posts, free slushies, and free biscuits, this place is the scammiest of all the apartment complexes that take advantage of our kids. They will make all kinds of nice promises about replacing the HVAC unit, for example,but you will not be able to follow up on those promises until you tap into your inner KAREN and harass them mercilessly till you finally get someone on the phone. (Good luck!) Every day it’s a different “manager“. Each one passing the buck to the other. It is clear that there is no intention of exercising integrity and doing the right thing with this staff. If your kid moves out and cleans their apartment properly, and even takes pictures, don’t worry, Redpoint will supply their OWN bogus pictures suggesting that your student is responsible for lots of fees. (True story!). Not sure how Scion property management gets this staff on board with all that deception. Shame on them. But thank goodness we have cute little posts making it look like a fun place to live-Until you go the entire year without central air in COLUMBIA SC despite their reassurance that it’s getting replaced “any day” now. Cuz that’s fun. ***There have also been several shootings here in the past few years! ***Maintenance requests are labeled “resolved” whether it’s brown water in the bathrooms, or broken HVAC (from day 1). Have your kid take lots of pictures, you’ll need them, Mom & Dad. ***FOR THE “OWNER”*** Your responses are always generic and completely invalid. We see right through your lame BS responses to try to make yourselves look less pathetic. You should be embarrassed and ashamed!

Building 6 is near the middle of the complex. Coming in from the entrance on Bluff road (the one within the roundabout), turn left at the first intersection. Sometimes trees cover the building's number, so it would easier to look at the number above each unit's door. Once you find the building that has numbers starting with 6, you will find your unit. I hope that helped.
Heads up, if you have any roommate problems, they do not care. They do not care what issues roommate guests cause. The management are students and are sometimes friends with the roommates that are causing issues. They let them get away with everything. Security doesn't help with anything, either. They will file their reports with management, but nothing gets taken care of.
I live in a 4 bedroom townhouse with 3 people currently living there. We use the air every day for about half of the day and set it around 70. We each pay about 85 a month.
