I love my townhouse, but the "laundry room" is like an antique outhouse. There are 1" gaps in the floorboards where water cascades every time it rains. It has only a screen for a window, one string to pull for a light, plywood walls, and an electrical outlet that concerns me due to the water flow. It smelled like sewage and mold after the last heavy rain. If something is not done about this situation, I will take it to H.U.D. I am adding this after living here 4 months. There has been a sewer smell leaking from the above room. Management has not addressed the issue.

Keyia was so sweet and very helpful. She made sure I had everything situated for my new apartment as fast as she could. Customer service is amazing, I would definitely recommend speaking with her.

This is definitely not the place to move if you understand common courtesy. Never quiet. I work from home and I live in a townhome but the neighbors continue to play music loud all day and night even tho the quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. And regardless how many noise complaints are placed the complex will do nothing about if. Moved in in March ready to end my lease !
