We've used Flynn's a few times over the past year or so. We bought laminate for our bottom floor which has been amazing - looks great in our home and very durable. Then we just had carpet installed that we bought from them. The installers did a great job, and Mark who sold us everything even followed up a few days after install to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

We didn't know what to expect when we started looking into getting our carpets replaced for ther first time, but we were immediately put at ease right from the start. Mark was very helpful in guiding us through shopping for the right materials, even letting us borrow samples for the weekend. There was no pressure to buy. The person who came to measure the rooms was very kind. The installers were prompt, excellent, swift, and professional, and the carpets look and feel awesome. A friend of ours recommended Flynn's to us, and now we do the same. 5 star experience!

Everything about our experience was amazing. Tom came out to measure and was in our home for about a half hour taking measurements. Other flooring companies not to be mentioned stayed for over two hours and didn't leave until 9:30pm after using multiple high pressure sales tactics. When we went to the store to look at flooring there were countless options. The other flooring companies only had about twenty different options to pick from. We ordered the flooring and they scheduled for two weeks later. They came and did the work this Monday and Tuesday and it's beautiful! The installers were nice and very hard working. I have had nothing but a positive experience here and I will tell EVERYONE that's looking for flooring to go to Flynns! I have attached before and after photos. :)
