They surprised me with their selection and their lower-than-expected prices. As an expecting mother I will be returning often to buy affordable quality clothing for my soon to be, and also durable cute styles for my "big kid" too! The customer service was friendly and welcoming, I felt like I was talking to a friend at the register. As being a clothing shop for children's clothes, cleanliness is a must, and they keep their products clean and organized. TL;DR: Friendly, clean, durable clothing and surprisingly affordable.

I made it out and went to Carter's at Alderwood Mall to pickup some clothes for my daughter in a very snowy day. The note at the door in front of Carters said it is closed at 6pm. I was there, standing in front of the door at 5:45pm, and it had already closed. The employees even looked at us with very rude faces (they did not wear masks by the way) and then ignored us after all. It is snowy today, I get it. I get that people tried to be home early. But I was there 15 minutes before there "supposed" closing time and they just ignored me. I used to buy clothes at Carters all the time, but I guess I am not gonna do that in the future thanks to their rude employees.

Customer service was good, I had a very nice associate. Kind of over priced in the actual store tho, I'd spend less buying carter's at like Target or something. Also not a lot of size selection, especially for premies.

Very friendly staff. I was trying to find an outfit for my daughter to match my son and one woman helped me put together some options. And the woman checking me out was very nice as well.
