Friendly store in a central location. Parking is good if you show up early. Come late and it can be a long walk. Traffic is heavy if you wait too long. My sister loves the selection though.

Disappointed when trying to return clothes I got online. Due to using PayPal as my form of payment Lane Bryant is not able to refund me. An cannot change the item out unless it is the exact same which they did not have.

Everyone here at the store is always very helpful and they do a great job. They don't have a very big selection inside the store so I often attempt to purchase things I like online but this is a failure every time with the sizing I always have to return it. The return policy is very helpful so sometimes I try again with the size but I just wish they had a better selection in the store it looks very neat and orderly with the very minimum selection I just wish they had more options like the things they have online.

They have a great customer service here. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place for anybody who is looking for a womans plus Sizes clothing store. I especially liked the fact that they also do bra fittings .
