They heavily overprice there coins and bills. If you try to sell, they offer you way less than they would sell it. I had one of the rarest coins ever, and they just took one look at it and said 20$ ( auction records say 963,000 ) and they shouted at my grandson today for a completely unnecessary reason, they make you wait for long amounts of time, and even when you do get helped, they just go in the back and sit there for long amounts of time. They almost made my grandson cry, which he rarely ever does in public. I don't like to do reviews on places often, but this was to bad to ignore.

I've been there lately and can tell you they are extremely busy and have long wait times with silver and gold prices souring. I was unable to get an appointment by phone due to the busy lobby. They do pay spot process which is cool.
