No one ever answers phone. Website send you to a line to text tog eat a response. For them to send you back to the website and phone number no one answers. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere with a more organized and competent, management and leasing office. If your a veteran such as myself just find somewhere better. No need for the hassle

God where do I even start. It’s dirty for 1 the creek in the picture does not look like the creek here. Definitely overgrown and has all types of litter in it. Maintenance is horrible, it takes forever for them to come out and check a problem and when they do fix that problem it just leads to them shifting the problem else where. We had water coming through the floors in our kitchen just for them to fix that and now both our bathroom floors leak water profusely. The washroom is on the other side of the bridge and most days the security guard will lock it and leave it locked for days. I have witnessed kids so use to it they just hop over the gate now. They also won’t fix the front gate so our directory code won’t work and the back gate is annoyingly loud and squeaky. Oh yea and the big problem. HOT WATER HAS BEEN SHUT OFF FOR 4 DAYS. I’ve either had to boil water and bird bath or boil enough to fill the tub up because the water is absolutely freezing. All in all I wish I could give no stars but that’s not an option definitely has not been the most enjoyable stay. And I will most definitely be moving soon. The quality and customer service of these apartments is poor to be as high as they are in rent money. Don’t waste your money here, if I could go back and stop myself from coming here I would. 0/5 👎

Literally just witnessed a shooting out here and they askin for so much money this is actually ridiculous. maintenance ain't really all that great either and some people up in front have attitudes(I haven't ran into that lately maybe they fired them) but it's to much negative going on here for this much rent close to downtown prices might as well try to get that lil bit extra to live there this is ridiculous. It's really sad cause I only been staying here for 4 months at this point. Edit: that's my whole point it happened on community grounds inside the gated parking lot..
