lived here for a few years now. Want to move so badly but due to covid we're stuck for another year or so. All amenities listed are false. dog park is a broken gate way at the back of the complex with a small plot of land inside. they haven't opened the pool in the 4 years I've lived here likely been closed long before that as well. the gates are broken so anyone can get in whenever they please. no access to the fitness center or anything else. roaches in the apartments. rude people in the office. long wait times for repairs. to spend so much money on such a small apartment with little to no benefits, it sure isn't worth it. cant wait to leave...

I know its oak cliff but these are literally the worst apartments I have been to. If you move here just be prepared to deal with roaches, gun shots, RUDE office staff, your car getting broken into, no parking, and broken appliances. ( stove hasn’t worked properly in four months, even after having the maintenance man out and 2 work orders ?!) Rent at your own risk.

I havent been here that long. I wish i wouldnt have moved in this place, but i really had no choice. #1 they have you fill out a bed bug addendum & they already have them when you move in. Bomb my apartment 3xs when i moved in & 2xs a wk to keep them away......nothing works, stove, garbage disposapal...when you call the mainteance men they know nothing. They need to get some professionals out here & not some bootleggers. My house is always clean. Neighbors are loud. Always fighting. They are my alarm clock at 6am, bcuz their arguing over social media or some money. They act like they only ones that have a job. I got one too. It dont do me no good to put any type of work order bcuz they aint coming till nxt month anyway. Other words dont move here. Im ready to move already...get a copy of everything because they will swear up n down you didnt tell them...my lease will be up in a couple months...thank you jesus
